Board Members
Robin Eschliman (President)

Robin Eschliman is from Lincoln. She graduated from Southeast Community College with a business degree and majored in music education at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
She entered the field of commercial real estate in 1987 and formed her own company, Eschliman Commercial Real Estate, in 2007.
She served on the Lincoln City Council from 2005-2009 and left the Council to start the radio show “Grow Lincoln” which can is heard on 1400 KLIN at noon on Saturdays and started in April/2010.
She is married to Ted Eschliman, one of the owners of Dietze Music House and has one daughter Coco. She loves to read and rescues Shelties.
David Thompson (Vice President)

David Thompson is a lawyer with Thompson Law PC LLO in Lincoln. He is a member of Rotary #14 Club (youth exchange committee), and the Heritage Presbyterian Church (Elder, Session Member).
He earned his BA in 1990 and JD in 1993, both from the University of Nebraska.
His family includes his wife, Dawn, his daughter, Delia and son. David enjoys history, travel and board games.
Scott Richardson (Secretary)

Scott is the Marketing Director for BVH Architects, which is a 40 yr. old full service architect firm with offices in both Lincoln and Omaha.
His community involvement includes board membership with Haymarket Development Corporation and Haydon Art Center. He is on the Downtown Lincoln Parking Advisory Committee and is a Rotary Club member (gathering place volunteer, Christmas bell ringer, boo at the zoo, Neighbor Works house renovations). Past board involvement included Updowntowners, CASA Lancaster County, Lincoln Chamber of Commerce Small Business Committee and Leadership Lincoln Class 18 Alum.
He enjoys music (plays bass guitar and trombone for worship bands and classic rock n roll), yard work and exercise.
He earned an Associate of Applied Science for Electrical Technology at SECC and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration at Avila College in Kansas City, MO.
Trina Schropfer (Treasurer)

Trina is a board member for the Lincoln Council on Alcoholism and Drugs. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Society of Certified Public Accountants.
She earned a BA in both Accounting and Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Benedictine College in Atchison, KS in 2003. She earned a Masters of Professional Accounting from the University of Nebraska in 2004.
She is married to her husband, Ben.
Doug Bartzatt

Douglas M. Bartzatt took office on March 16, 2009, as the Department Head of Asset Management at the Irvine West Coast Temporary Satellite Office of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Mr. Bartzatt serves as Chairman of the FDIC's Credit Review Committee (CRC-1) and the National Agriculture Credit Review Committee (CRC-1 Agriculture) in Irvine, California. He is a voting member of the Asset Pooling Committee in Dallas, Texas, and the Credit Review Committee (CRC-2) in Irvine, California.
In 1986, Mr. Bartzatt joined the FDIC as an officer in the Division of Liquidation for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation satellite office in Omaha, Nebraska. When that office closed in 1988, he was hired by the corporation that purchased the remaining assets of the field site. The position involved managing loan portfolios consisting of commercial, agriculture and consumer credit by negotiating restructures, compromises, and initiating litigation through 2004, which the last six years he was President of the corporation. His work there also included purchasing assets from open banks, the FDIC, and the Resolution Trust Corporation.
He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he received his bachelor's degree in Economics.
Gary Dickerson

Gary graduated from Union College with a BS in Business Administration in 1984.
For nine years after that he worked for Computer Services at Union. While working at Union, Gary earned a MBA from UNL in 1989. Gary next spent over four years as a Network Administrator for Woodward-Clyde in Omaha. Next headed to Andrews University where he spent over five years as Director of Administrative Systems. While at Andrews University, Gary earned a MS in Software Engineering in 2002.
He worked at the University of Notre Dame for the next four years until returning to Union College where he now teaches computing courses.
